CPanel File Manager empty?

It seems to be something that is dependent on what browser you use. I noticed the exact issue with Firefox 3 when it first came out. Generally closing out the File Manager and re-loading it will bring up the normal one.

I'm using firefox 4.0 beta 11. Also, I actually migrated from another server, which seemed to have been taken down. CPanel (worked) perfectly there. Wonder why it isn't here. Also, more importantly, please help! My account has been suspended? I don't know why? They said I should look into my control panel, but I just see posts.
