Cpanel, FTP, access does'nt work

i signed up for a new account with you huys.. now i can log into the account - alect
an i can log into the forum with - alec.t

problem is when i try an log into cpanel or FTP.. can you please help.. as i have read all the forum messages, an have waited till most of the server is running again..

We updated cPanel yesterday which changes how accounts were created so they were created incorrectly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
