cpanel/ ftp issues

I am unable to login to cPanel. I use the username and password provided to me, but it says \"login attempt failed.\"

Also, I need to know where to find the ftp server and other information to upload stuff to my domain

For cPanel:
Try logging in via https://x10hosting.com/control/ (Account Management Panel)
Click » View Details in the yellow box, you will be presented with "Hosting Account Management".Click "Login to cPanel".
If that fails,use this link https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&password to update your cPanel password and your forum account password.

For FTP:
servername : ftp.YOURDOMAIN
username : cpanel_username
password : cpanel_password
port : 21 (optional)
