Cpanel + FTP not responding

I just subscribed for a Corporate account yesterday and it just worked perfectly, since this morning, i finish putting everything on my FTP and then it stops responding (it was at about 8:30AM GMT -4), it can't be an account problem because i can't access the CPanel login page either, though i can get to my account settings page. It could help if someone tell me if it is a server issue or i just can't access anything anymore

If it can help you guys, i am in Canada.

Edit: Can i know why my IP has been "blocked" like that ?

It was blocked for failing to login to FTP with the right password more than 10 times in a short period.
