cPanel & ftp NOT working (again)

Again cPanel is not working; FTP also not working! I need to update my board and now I'm stuck with these issues

I was thinking to x10 Premium Hosting but these issues are making me think that it's not a very clever decision.

So can someone tell me what is happening here and when will all that stuff I wrote above work stable?

I was wondering if you've added the x10hosting nameservers to your domain account? I tried to look it up, but it only says "Nameserver" without the list of added nameservers.

In the meantime, try using the address lotus.x10hosting.com to login through ftp.
