CPanel/FTP password problems

I signed up a few hours ago but can not connect to my FTP or CPanel. I've triple-checked my l/p and I always get an incorrect password prompt.

I am able to login to absolut.x10hosting.com and my account panel just fine.

My domain is http://makers.x10hosting.com

Make sure you use all lowercase for the user name.

Checked and rechecked.

When I go to my domain it says it's still available. I've tried resigning up with the same info and it says the domain's taken.
