cPanel & FTP Problem

Is there any reason why I shouldnt be able to access either my cPanel or FTP folders??

My website was suspended, but today it has been un-suspended but now I cant even access the two most crutial parts of the site to make changes..

My log-in info has stayed the same but i cant access my FTP anymore OR my cPanel. I get to the cPanel log-in and it says "Log-in attempt failed." I try the FTP one and it just does jack s***....

Any ideas please??

Proberley about 3 weeks ago now..

I was on holiday and came back to find my account suspended, so I un-suspended it but now have this issue..

I've tried accessing my cPanel via my sites IP Address but still no luck..

This is really annoying as Ive got ALOT of updates that need to be uploaded..
Edit:
So im guessing no one has a clue what is wrong?.. As I know it isnt a problem at my end as loads of other users are having the same problem.
