I'm on stoli and cannot access cpanel or the ftp server this morning. Is this the same problem as announced here?

Lotus - cPanel Issue Update4 days ago
We are working with cPanel regarding the issue with the cPanel on Lotus. Something from the latest update we did has caused cPanel to constantly change permissions of some core files rendering cPanel unusable. Ourselves along with cPanel are having trouble tracking down the cause of it. We hope to have it resolved soon and have put some things in place to keep it working for the most part. Once we have a final resolution we will update.
