Or are the servers or whatever still under maintenance?

And my sites still down since sever change or whatever. [been a few months now!]

Okay, could I possibly get mine changed since my sites been down for so long I have forgot it. >.<

I don't know much about coding so Once I get the site back up and a new cpanel password I am gonna hand it over to someone that know more than I do, but is it because the sever IP moved I need a new IP to put in or what? :S

Check your MySQL Server Settings/configuration file of your website. ad if you have'nt changed the mysql server back to localhost please do so.

Yes. You will need to login to Cpanel to change your MySQL settings.
