I just registered yesterday, and whenever I try to follow the link to my cPanel (http://krystalixa.elementfx.com:2082/) it shows the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message. My account panel works fine, though, and I've logged into that several times.

Help, please? :dunno:

I am posting on a school computer, I made the account on a school computer and verified it on a school computer, but when the school computers block something it usually shows a "metro schools has blocked this webpage" sort of filter thing with a blue background and orange banner. I didn't get that at all. But could it have inadvertently affected the sign up...?

I'll go try it on FF I guess..?

Edit: Firefox shows the same sort of message. Also, the website itself shows up, with the default message "Welcome to your new x10Hosting.com hosting account. You may replace this index.html with your new website. Please remember the best way to receieve support is through the x10Hosting Forums" and all that stuff on it.

Port 2082 is blocked by almost ALL schools (cPanel Port). I've actually never heard of a school being able to get through to it.
