cPanel info changed?

It seems something has happened to my cPanel, I cant seem to access it from any of my computers...

the cPanel login address should be boru.x10hosting.com:2083

It used to work fine, I got my forums setup and they are still online...

Yea, it works now, but earlyer (a hour or so ago) I could still not login, It was giving me a "could not connect" message, while both PCs where connected to the internet. Possibly It was the router blocking traffic on that port, but I was able to connect to the cPanel from the same network not 2 days ago.
