CPanel is not loading

Hello,

I made a new ad-supported account today. It worked fine for about an hour, then I started being unable to access the CPanel. The problem is simply that the web-page will not load. I have done some searching and have tried to open/forward the port, but that did not help.

I came across a post where the administrator said the problem was caused by an improperly made account, and then worked some magic ( ) to fix it. I'm wondering if this can be the case (I also noticed that the username I was given was a letter short, i.e. cybergas instead of cybergasm, which seems to be indicative of a problem).

When I opened the thread I only had one account (when I said "I made a new account" I simply meant that the account was new). I made another account recently to test whether or not it was account related. It was not, as the other account could also not access the panel.

The other account is phpPlay, registered to phpplay@gmail.com if you have to deactivate it (in case I missed a rule about multiple accounts). I couldn't find anything in the rules against this, but was planning on reporting it once I resolved the issue.

Looks like your account is setup correctly.

Can you access http://medianizer.x10hosting.com/

If you can't access your address above then most likely you were blocked by the firewall. If you PM me your IP address I can remove it.

It started working again today, so I assume it is good.

I'm willing to bet what happened was that the firewall saw my continuous slew of failed attempts at logging into my FTP account (which I do not know why I did not mention) with another client as a malicious attack and did block my IP. If it happens again (which it will not, since I am done using that P.O.S. client) I will just PM the IP.

Also, I apologize for the other account. I already gave the name, so if you need any more information to get rid of it, I will be glad to provide it.
