cPanel is returning "The login is invalid"

I have been unable to access CPanel since the move from boru to level. When I try to log in the account portal (https://level.x10hosting.com:2083/login/?login_theme=cpanel) I'm getting the message "The login is invalid". I had a support ticket open but it got closed when they moved to the community support.

Can I get some help resolving the issue?

Try this taken from another thread:

You need to log out and then log back into the account portal, then click the access cpanel button. Logging into the account portal syncs your cpanel password with your account portal password, but this sync ONLY happens when you actually log in and not when you visit with your login "remembered"

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately logging out, clearing cache, or using different browsers all result in the same thing - the Access cPanel button in the account portal takes me to the log in page for cPanel, and I'm unable to log in. My site has also been down since the server move so I'm thinking account was never successfully moved to level.
