Is there any progress on the issue to access cPanel on buro... nothing happens when I try to 'add exception' to certificate in web browser???

If this is still down, can I still setup a content management system (cms wordpress maybe) without going into the cPanel?I am aware that I've asked questions on this before, but I need to get the website up and running quickly or else I'm going to have to hand code (limited time).

Any advise will be helpful...

That should not require a security certificate.
