Cpanel issues

Hello,

I registered a free ad-enhanced account and I logged in using my login name mwalko and it brang me to to a page that wants me to have my forum account linked to my hosting account. it also wants me to to supply my cpanel username which i though was mwalko as well but it did not work...

I was wondering if I overlooked something? or maby theres some sort of issue? i didnt see anything about in the news and i tried searching the forums.

If anyone can help that would be awesome!

That same thing happened to me. My site was suspended because of inactivity. I think. What type of inactivity is it? Forum inactivity? My cPanel username should be amf66 but it doesn't work.

If you recieved a welcome e-mail that shows your Cpanel name, url and password, you should of had a link in the e-mail to confirm your account. This would of automatically linked your hosting to your forum account.

If you didn't do this, your account doesn't get linked.

Inactivity suspensions are when a user fails to login to the forums once in a 2 week period.

and i did activate but i cant remember seeing/getting any details to my cpanel account...

When I click on it again ofcourse it says im already registered and i should re-signup... should i have gotten an email after account verification and if i should of is there anyway to have it resent? I am looking to possibly upgrade to a paid hosting but i want to see how things work out on free first lol

I hope this isn't traking too much time away from other more important matters...

It was just a confirmation mail for you to confirm account creation. But your account has still not been created. You will be notified once your account is created.
