cpanel issues

I'm currently unable to log into my cpanel.

I just created my account today, and my account information shows my status as unsuspended, yet my username and password do not work. I have tried both my forums login info and my site login info, neither work.

I'm out of ideas. This is not what I would call a good beginning to things...

your cpanel username is not the same as your forum name, so when you log into cpanel, make sure you use your hosting account name of bcadmin - and the password you set - which will have been mailed to you to confirm your accounts creation.

I tried that, I even changed my bcadmin password. It still will not let me in.

Ok, now it works. I don't know why either. The same password that I've been trying over and over all day long just suddenly worked.
