cPanel items missing?

During the account transfers, my account was transferred from Ciroc [Ad-Free] to Cossacks. I realised that some functions of cPanel were missing, like Data/SQL Back Up and SPAM Assassin and I noticed there were other changes as well. Is this suppose to happen?

Just ask to be transferred back to Ad-Free in the request upgrades/downgrades forum

My cPanel version is 11.15.0-RELEASE but it is different from before.

Spam assassin? That was never an option in my cpanel. I thought the ad-free and ad-enhanced cpanels were the same?

There was. The name was "SPAM Assassin". In anycase, without the "Back Up" option, is there a way for me to back up my databases and files? Bryan said that Ciroc hsa been changed to a paid server.

You could always use phpMyadmin and just download your files regularly

We're not 100% done setting up the features but some things are different. We are replacing the mail system with ASSP X also on all servers.

Cossacks is now Ad-Free.
