cpanel link does not work

I just received the email containing the cpanel link and it does not resolve.

Also when I try to log in to the hosting account I get the following:

Thanks for any help. This website is going to be used for an arena team in the online game World of Warcraft in case you wondered why the name was so odd.

what do i have to do to get this problem fixed?
