cPanel link isn't working and memory

When I click my cPanel link, it's a broken link. I tried opening this in Google Chrome and Firefox with no luck. My hosted Wordpress blog also keeps giving me memory errors and Internal Error 500 errors. I also noticed, when looking at my account panel on x10hosting, that the "Disk Space Used" is 114m of 0m. Shouldn't I have much more than 0m available for disk space? I would like to be able to log in to my cpanel to see if my disk space actually is full, which shouldn't be the case, but i'm not completely sure. Thanks in advance for your help. Our servers have some problem. This is a temporary issue.Admins r aware of it. They will alert us after rectifying it.
