Cpanel log in failure

Please help me for I couldn't log in to my cpanel account after all the trials for I know that my password is the same (website is still there but cpanel is inaccessible)

cpanel user name is : justvam

my forum email is lmmabansag@yahoo.com

Please help for I need to update my family site.

Try to login to cpanel using the link from the account panel http://x10hosting.com/control

click on view details of the free hosting account. Then click on "Login to cpanel" button.

If you forgot the cpanel password then you can reset the cpanel password in account panel

What kind of error you are getting? and can you provide the error details.
