cPanel log-in failure

greetings!

i've been trying to access my cPanel for http://fgbmfi-davao.org for the past couple of days but encountered a log-in failure instead -- i tried access it by clicking the 'login to cPanel' button on the the account management panel; another suggested, accessing it via http://fgbmfi-davao.org:2082 -- both have failed after putting in the username / password.

Try resetting your cPanel password from your account panel if you are sure you are logging in correctly.

i already did reset the password after i encountered the problem, but still i get log-in failure access cpanel. any thoughts?
