cPanel log-in problem

Im' having problems logging-on to control panel.

Details:
- Account is not suspended
- I can access my account
- username and password are correctly entered several times

are you using your cpanel credentials... they're probably different then your forum login

didn't you sign up with a sub-domain? that page takes me to a directory listing which has a file named suspened.page... don't know the system they have here well enough to know for shure but looks like the account is suspened

But according to my account status it says that it is "unsuspended" ... thanks anyway for the help. I think I'll try another hosting site if it is this troublesome.
