Cpanel Log In Problem!!

Yeah i try logging into my cpanel and idk i think someone changed the pass to it but i cant log in can someone help me....

Yeah i did, but the weird thing is that i have to use http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/ that link for it to work.
