Cpanel Log In Problems

Hi i am having problems trying to login to cpanel, i have read the posts in the forum & tried what is said to many people but it still does not let me login it says login attempt failed.

My site address is 1stchoice.x10Hosting.com i have tried http://1stchoice.x10hosting.com:2082 & http://1stchoice.x10hosting.com/cpanel but am still having problems can you let me know what i need to do Please?
