cPanel Login blocked

When I tried to login to cPanel, I got this message,
[h=3]"The filesystem mounted at /home/ventura1 on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition."[/h]I haven't loaded much there, and if I can't login, how do I remove files not in use?

This is a server error - Admins will need to fix it - nothing you can do

Apparently was a server problem; it was fixed when I tried later.

I only use 4 MB of 1024 MB.
