cPanel login error Page isnt loading??

ok this is the 2nd prob i had since registering yesterday and im not happy :sad:. 1st cPanel didnt allow me to login, now cPanel site doesnt load ???? plz help. You guys should rly fix this mess , many ppl are having these chronic problems.

Come by there and put in your cPanel username. I'd suggest checking the 'tude at the door though.

yes but i have ad-enhanced

BTW these problems im having are they cause of the fact that i chose ad-enhanced (requiring more bandwidth and storage space from servers) will this prob be resolved if i make an ad-free account ?
