Cpanel : login failure.

Hi.
I have only just registered with x10hosting, about 2h ago.
I cannot login to cpanel or ftp.
Both my forum and account username are : deeprsoc
I have searched the forum for a solution to this but cannot find an answer.
I cannot log into cpanel via:
http://deepr.x10hosting.com:2082
or via cossacks.x10hostingcom:2082
I get a login failure message.
or by using the cossacks ip address with ftp etc.
I am on the adfree plan. I can log into the forum and the account management section.
Does it just take some time for this issue to resolve or is there another problem.

I couldn't log in via 74.86.116.190:2082 yesterday.
Today everything seems fine. I can access cpanel and ftp.
Thank you for the support, I guess I was just being impatient and actual propagation of the site takes some time.
