cpanel: Login is invalid

I can not access my cpanel, every time I put my login, an error message appears saying that the login is invalid.

What should I do?

Please try the following:

1. Log out and then back in to your account portal (this step is important, so do not skip it)
2. click the blue access cpanel button

Can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then restart your browser, and try again?
