CPanel login is not working

I just created an account a short while ago. I got the confirmation email that said my hosting account had been created and I was given the CPanel login URL. When I used the username chick65 and my password the login attempt failed. I found a thread where someone had the same issue and tried using the link suggested in the response to that person to log in and it still didn't work. I'm not sure if this will be sorted out on it's own in a short while or if something is broken, so I figured I should post and let someone know about it since I did get the confirmation email, did verify the account and tried the other suggestion from another thread.

I also tried flushing my DNS and that did not help either. I still cannot log in to CPanel.

UPDATE: The problem is with the PCRiot subdomain. I switched to a different subdomain and am able to log in now. If anyone is unable to log in to CPanel, just temporarily change your subdomain to one of the others and it should fix the problem so that you can log in.

I switched subdomains to exofire.net and that one is working, so I'm not having the problem with CPanel login anymore. You guys should probably create a test account on the PCRiot subdomain and try to figure out why it's not letting people login. Since I can login now since switching subdomains using the same username and password it's not a problem with accounts, it's a problem with that subdomain. I'm all set now, though, and at least I found a temporary solution that new people can use to access their CPanel, which will hopefully help free the admins up from having to answer this question again for us newbies.
