cpanel login issues

i tried to login to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main
i get as far as the page with the message that says
"Details on your web hosting account are below." and the button says "standby"
but instead of the button showing "cpanel" it says "error"

i am not certain of server im using but the web url of my site is like
mysite.x10.bz

ps/
while i was posting this it started to work again,
so maybe x10hosting is working on an issue i dont know.
