cpanel login page does not work

Hi,
when i try to access cpanel logic page via clicking on Login to cPanel button from https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting page link does not work.
when clicking on above button its redirecting to below url which does not work currently

https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

i have specified some of my account

hosting user name : madura
main domain : quicktourguide.com.x10.bz
Hosting Server: starka


please tell me is there any way to access my cpanel account ?

https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ should be working.Flush your DNS ,clear cache and try again
