cpanel login problem

Hi... I have a problem trying to login, but when i try to go into my cpanel login page it keeps telling me that the page cannot be displayed. Also, I am not able to access my ftp and website. This is for my school project and its urgent, as the deadline is near.

My cpanel is: http://penicillin3a.x10hosting.com:2082
ftp is: ftp://penicillin3a.x10hosting.com
website is: http://www.penicillin3a.x10hosting.com/mushfam
