CPanel Login Problems

Hello,

I'm attempting to login to my CPanel after not logging in for a while. My username is coming up as invalid and my site is saying that my domain is available for some reason. I'm not sure what might be going on. Maybe it is a DNS problem? Let me know. Thanks!

When was the last time you logged into the forums?

Oh, I'm sorry! I forgot to post my CPanel login. My login is djpetra. The last time I logged in was a little over a month ago.

Under our Terms of Service ( #7 - Inactivity ) states that you are to login to the forum once every two weeks or your account gets suspended. If you don't resolve the suspension in 10 days, the account gets terminated automatically. This is what seems to have happened in your case.

You are welcome to signup again, however. Just be sure to logout of the forums, clear temp-files and cookies before proceeding.
