I do have the username and password of the forum, and to access my account page, but i just cant login to CPANEL. is it possible to be a diferent username and password?

At least, I think that's sent on the welcome email.

what can i do?

If you have access to the account panel, then change the password looking under you cPanel account name and it says "account password", just type a new pass in there and there we go!

Done that more than once. and it still doesnt allow me to login. what is Exim under the server statued? because i have it offline.

My account have been suspended a couple of days ago, but now its unsenpended...
