cPanel Lost in Space

I previously had accessed cPanel but I can no longer access. I can login to forum, but can not get to cPanel.
I reviewed (as best as I could determine) News and server status but found no current issues.
I saw your earlier thread regarding cPanel login problem was closed, so I hope this is the right place to post.

I've logged into this forum several times over last several days always incurring same problem. But before that I was out of country w/o access for few weeks. I just stumbled across another post this morning where you described inactive/termination at 2week/+10day time frame. That might be what happened to me.

1. Per that thread - is solution to create a new x10 account and then link to this existing forum account?

2. Is there a way to avoid this trigger in the future? Because alas, I will have extended travel again in the future. I only really have time to work on the site when I'm home.

That you can do. Use this link before trying to sign up again please.. http://x10hosting.com/logout This deletes the cookies so you should have no issues signing up for a new account.

I would suggest finding someone you trust to log into your forums account once a week while you are on your travels. This is what keeps the account active.
