Cpanel missing software

Hi thanks x10 for giving us free webspace. I am new to this. My Cpanel has only optimize website under the software tab. I wanted to create a support request and all I get is:

Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (lotus). Please visit our forums and read the news.

Can anyone help to explain all of this?

I would like to load wordpress and create a simple webpage. Test it out and if I like it keep using x10.

Only Optimize? No Cloudflare, RVSiteBuilder or Softaculous ?

I just logged into Cpanel and under software is only Optimize.

Lotus is a new server.
The RVSiteBuilder and Softaculous charge a fee on a per server basis. So there might be a delay in adding them.

You can manually install WordPress if you wish.
