I was in the process of trashing my website with intentions of starting over, when something must have went wrong. I deleted the pertinent files from my public_html directory and I was in the process of dropping all the tables in my database when phpMysqlAdmin timed out. Since then I haven't been able to access my Cpanel. Sorry for the trouble.
