CPanel not letting us login

Hi,

We changed the CPanel password and the system will not allow us to login? The username
is jmoone.

We need to get the FTP server name so we can FTP into our Joomla site.

Just try
You have just put a password update request.Hence you might be trying with a wrong password.
In any way if such is the case,
computerforsale.x10hosting.com:2082
Put in your user id and try both your old password and new password.
Which ever works should be fine!!
