cPanel not loading

Hello,

It seems that our cPanel is having some problems currently. Is anyone else having these problems? We are able to log in fine and see that our account is not suspended, but when we try to go to our cPanel URL

http://phpteam.x10hosting.com:2082

it times out after awhile, saying page could not be displayed. It has worked for us in the past, but not today. Any help would be much appreciated.

Seems to load fine on my end ( Using Netscape )

Hmm... we've tried it with Firefox and IE on various computers on our campus. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a firewall issue on our end... thanks.
