CPanel name is philth.

http://poker.exofire.net is not working.

I have tried changing cpanel password and got a login error.
and site wasnt working couldnt display the site.

So I changed the primary domain, the web site would show up but still couldnt login to cpanel.

Ive posted this in two other threads from a link on my account page that have now been closed.

Threads were closed even without an update on the situation that alot of people seem to be having.

I understand this is a free hosting site but the lack of info is a disgrace.

No they are closed when the person who posted the thread is dealt with. It's hard to keep up with 30 people posting 20 different issues in one post. I will look into your issue.

Thank you for your prompt respone.

As to the two threads both are on my account pages and a mod posted links the second,in all individual members cpanel problem threads.

Seems like a case of the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.

Let me check the DNS zone. I am betting when you switched the domains it didn't update the zone.

Can you tell me if that is the correct site showing? You were missing the DNS Zone. I had to create one for that domain.

Can you tell me if that is the correct site showing?

Account panel show poker.exofire.net as my primary domain

but some other web page shows up and cpanel pages shows

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
  •
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
  • There might be a typing error in the address.
What you can try:

Diagnose Connection Problems

More information

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
  •
Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
  • If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.
For offline users

You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
To view subscribed feeds
  1. Click the Favorites Center button
    favcenter.png
, click Feeds, and then click the feed you want to view.
To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages)
  1.
Click Tools

, and then click Work Offline.
  2. Click the Favorites Center button
    favcenter.png
, click History, and then click the page you want to view.

Let me start by saying, we generally do not provide support for anyone posting in someone else's thread. It is stated in the rules and stickies at the top of the forums. Please review the sticky posts before posting. If a staff member chooses to address additional members in a thread that is there choice.

Have you ever been able to login to your account? Has FTP ever worked, or anything? I do not think your account was created correctly since I do not see a home directory for philth.

The only page I have been able to access is my account page.

No FTP no Cpanel

I am going to re create this account. If you have made no changes i think this would be the quickest resolution. Would you like me to go ahead and just create the account over and pm you a password?
