Cpanel Not WOrking

Hi I cannot access my cpanel you have done changed my passowrd twice and i still cant access Cpanel What is wrong every time i type in my user name and password i click ok and that same little screen come up asking for my passowrdd and username I know i have my info correct could you please get me the right password and hope that it works. My cpanel username is crazyr4i My website url is http://crazyboycentral.x10hosting.com
