We cannot log into our cPanel anymore.

I cannot seem to achieve this from here: http://x10hosting.com/account

Someone already posted about this about this site before, i dunno if it was you, i will explain it again.

I can see your cPanel clearly, if you have forgotten the password you will need to contact an admin to try and re-set it because i can't see a way to do it on cPanel, there is normally a box there.

You cannot upgrade/downgrade your x10hosting account from there, you need to post Here with the relevant information for the upgrade/downgrade.

You can't login, but can you access the cPanel page? (http://jetclaimforum.pcriot.com:2082/)
If you want your password reset, please confirm it, and a staff member will send you a new password by PM.

You can see the Paid plans here: http://x10hosting.com/services, when you're registering, you have the option to create a new account, or move your current free account to the paid server, and get it upgraded to the paid plan.
