cPanel not working

I get a "Login Attempt Failed" whenever I try to login to my cPanel. My cPanel name is Dwayne, also, when I go to my site it says, "Domain Available". Please help.

Your account didn't got created correctly.
I've recreated it and PMed you a new password to login to cPanel.

You may need to clear your cache and your temp files and make a flush of your DNS to be able to view your website.
