CPanel not working?

I have been trying to get into my web mail through CPanel, and unfortunately I have not been able to do so for at least a week. What is the cause of this and how soon will this be corrected? Am i doing something wrong? I dont understand??

It is giving me a Page Load Error, that it is taking the server too long to respond

Yes, my site does show up its just that it never loads when I try to access CPanel

my info cpanel login id is void81.

When I go to http://67.228.162.200:2095, it displays:

Network Timeout

That's not the right address for cPanel.

It's http://yoursite.here:2082/
