cPanel notworking

Hi, my username is tkcapton and my site address is http://tylerandkrista.x10hosting.com. I was recently suspended for inactivity, but now when I log in to x10hosting, it says i am unsuspended. however, when i try to view my site, the following page still comes up:
http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

Also, when I try to access cPanel, my login always fails.

Clear your cache, and flush your DNS. Your account isn't suspended.
