cpanel password not working

My cpanel password will not work and I don't get an email when I try to reset it. I am confused as to what to do now. I read the other threads to try to figure things out, but I am completely lost. This is my first time with a domain....I am in a learning process, so I am a little slow at:

I think I linked my x10 account, but it is bettas.

I don't know which id to use either to log in the cPanel, is it the account username, the forum username ou the subdomain name ?

I am not getting emails for password retrieval and couldn't find much more than this thread with the search. I am also new and confused about this whole thing, but i'll get to it ! Anyway, the DNs aren't spreaded to my DNS yet, but I tried to login with the IP directly (74.86.116.187).

My IP is 24.203.102.1

Are you using the username "sexy" to login with the password I sent you by PM?

Yes...My page loads and I use the right username and the password you sent you in the PM.

Make sure you are typing your cPanel user name in all lowercase.
