Cpanel Password Reset

I have forgotten my CPanel Password and need it reset please

Go login to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php , and then reset the password there. It'll change or reset the password to your account panel, forum account, and cPanel account all at once.

ok I did that it reset all my passwords and said cpanel was processing tried to login to cpanel still not able to checked pending requests for my hosting account and it shows "Hosting Password Update submitted December 13 at 2:31 pm XZ8WIXOHC89D action status Error information Update to your hosting account password. result An error occurred while processing this action. The error is message is shown." I did resubmit and still same message that is a full copy of my message
