cPanel Password trouble

Hey, I can't log into cPanel, I've tried everything, resetting my password, trying different cases etc...
I'm on the starka server, if there's anything wrong with the server or anything, please tell me.

Yes, I was gonna try that... But I forgot my security question's answer...
There isn't a reset button for that is there? xD

If you have forgotten your password and security question answer, log a support ticket to reset your password. Url for support ticket: http://forums.x10hosting.com/support.php

That just creates another thread here. If you can't remember the password or secret question answers, this becomes something better suited to a ticket, which is why they made an 'Escalate' button.

A link should appear towards the top of the page, just above the first post, that will allow the thread-starter (gtsilver) to view the support ticket, using existing username and password.
