Cpanel problem !! and langauage Inquiry

you know I have a small problem here.

when I access my account from web

frist it give me that I'm suspended

Hosting account is not linked to a forum account.

also i have this errors im my account page

so i read the Threads :

then when I tried to access to cpanel to link my account
it didn't allow me to access " Login Attempt Failed!"
but as you can see I can log in the fourm & my account :happysad:

i also read the other members complaints about suspending so i found this page

and fixed my suspending message but I can't use ( ftp / cpanel ) " my aaccount "


so my questions is :

why I was suspended ?

Is cpanel username/password defferent from my normal account ?
if yes how i get my cpanel details.

about the languages

Is your rule about the laguage forbide me from writing any message in my native language or just if the main language in the site is english "most messages in eglish " i can write in my native language?

Hi,

It doesn't look like you are suspended anymore and your site works so I'm guessing you figured this part out. It also looks like your account is now linked so you should not get suspended for that reason again.

Please disregard the division by 0 errors for now. It is an error that we are currently working on fixing.

Regarding SSH, we don't give access to it for free hosting members, sorry.

Your site / forum / blog can be in English, Spanish or French. If you have another language you wish to use, you need to have, basically, an exact copy of page, site, blog in one of the 3 supported languages.
