Cpanel problem

When trying to login my CP it returns a blank page and "done" on the status bar confirming that the page is done loading.

Another problem is that I cannot login at http://x10hosting.com/account

It just says that the user and pass isn't valid.

My domain is currently: articlefort.elementfx.com(started it yesterday)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT Scratch the first problem, it's loading fine now. I still am unable to login to the x10hosting account area. I signed up 3 times due to this issue and finally just tried the cpanel instead which worked. But i would like to have account area too.

You do know that the account area needs your *forum* username and password right?

Sorry if it seems insulting or anything, just checking the basics.
